Our client has an ongoing project in central Stockholm where you, as a site manager, will benefit from being communicative, analytical, and solution-oriented.

In the role of site manager with our client, you are a key person in planning and managing the daily work. With at least three years of experience as a site manager, you coordinate the work on-site through close dialogue with all professional groups. You set structured plans, follow up on execution, and ensure that production is driven efficiently, in the right direction, and according to the established timeline.

• Has a post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering
• Can demonstrate at least three years of previous experience as a site manager
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

Our client sees that you can take significant responsibility for the overall work on the project from the start.

The company is a player in the construction and contracting industry that has grown organically over the past five years and now has around 20 employees. They manage commercial real estate and residential projects and establish complete project organizations.
